Design Policy for Customized Products
- As we use manual printing process, hence minor changes in design are to be expected in the final product.
- Images mentioned on website are just for representation purpose. Actual size, color & design may vary.
- Sides of the mobile cover are not covered in preview so we try to match the best possible colors to the mobile cover sides.
- There can be a minor change in color expected. The user has to ensure that a good quality image is submitted for a good quality print. Color quality totally depends upon on the pic quality provided by you while placing your order.
SHIPPING, RETURN AND CANCELLATION
We usually dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Once shipped, you will receive the tracking details via Email or Phone provided by you at the time of order.
- Est. Delivery of the product is in 7-9 working days But It may vary & depends upon the courier service, weather, pincode etc.
- Shipping charges may vary as per the products & as per the pincodes.
- No Claim accepted for courier delay. Delivery may delay due to weather, lockdown & Local conditions.
- It’s the buyers responsibility to track the order. Lost or missing package claim will be accepted within 45 days of order date.
- Our products go through a quality check before we dispatch them to ensure that the best-customized products reach you.
Product Return Window is 10 days. However, customized Products are eligible for refund/replacement only if the issue is brought to our notice within 48 hrs. of Order Delivery. Replacements will be authorized after a due investigation into the issue by our team, as per our discretion.
- Unboxing video is mandatory for broken product claim.
- In case of a refund, It can take 7-10 bank working days to reflect the amount in your bank account.
- As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. In case of any defective product the shipping charges will be bared by the company and if the wrong order placed by customer, then he/she have to bare the shipping cost – Applicable on Limited products**
- No claim accepted for wrong order placed by the buyer.
We believe in helping our customers as far as possible and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made when the order has not gone into printing. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been printed, ready for dispatch or have been dispatched.
- Our Tele-operators will verify the COD orders on call. If COD verification fails on call, We have all the rights reserved to cancel your order. In this case please contact our customer support team.
- Printbebo has all the rights to cancel the order.
CLAIM ON FREE ITEMS & GIFTS :
- No return exchange or claim on free items (keychain, Pop-socket etc).
- You are eligible for only one free gift per order.
- Package unboxing video is mandatory for non receipt claim of Free Gift.
No claim will be accepted without unboxing proof.
